Hotel is ok, but the breakfast is terrible. I wanted boiled eggs and there was a bowl of eggs there but the chef, or whatever he was told me I could not have them, because they were raw. I asked him if he could cook them but he didnt seem to be able to or even understand what I meant as he spoke allmost no english. In this case it would be much better with a self service breakfast. It seems like Hilton is trying, byt failing miserably, to have a high level restaurant. A restaurant have to either be self-service or have waiters/chefs who are awake and know what they are doing. We left to our room to eat some crackers. Other hotels like Super 8 have much better breakfast! The check out time is at 11am and we had the DO NOT DISTURBE sign up. But still housekeeping started to knock at the door at 10am . It seems like most of their employees are iilliterate. Bu the way, what is the point of cleaning a room at 10am when guests check out at 11? Then they would have to clean it again.... Is it something they dont understand?

I can't understate how bad this hotel was for a Hilton. I was shocked that Hilton would allow its branding to be associated with it. I could go on and on, but the gist is that the rooms are badly run down. No maintenance to speak of. The rooms (yes, we had more than one as the first one had an HVAC noise that made sleep impossible) were awful. Dirty. Musty. No hotel safe. When the maid knocked on the door, we left the room so she could clean without us in the way. We returned a half hour later to find our room done but our door wide open and no maid in sight! Anyone could have walked in and stolen our things. We would have changed hotels but we were locked in on an AAA prepaid rate so were trapped for the three days. Never been so happy to leave a hotel before. By the reviews and the generic response by the hotel manager, they clearly are aware of the problem but don't care. Or maybe that's their business model- do no maintenance and enough gullible tourists will keep coming regardless. Was anything good about this hotel? The front desk staff were nice and did their best, but they must get an earful from unhappy guests.

Very handily placed for the Space Centre and Hobby airport. South of the city so nearer to Galveston if you are going on a cruise. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The buffet breakfast has limited choice. The common areas look great but the bedrooms, although clean and with great views, look very old and tired and in need of renovation.

This hotel was a great stay for a business trip in the area. We arrived earlier than expected, and Greta did a great job coordinating room upgrades and helping us get acquainted with the hotel. The renovations they are making look really good! The shower in my room was pretty dated and a little difficult to operate, but simple once I got the hang of it. Looking forward to staying there again, especially as renovations are completed! Thanks so much to the hotel for having great staff overall, from the restaurant and omelet station to the front desk!
